Maintaining the Italian Precision of Silent Power

  • Focus on Aesthetics & Noise:

“Castellini handpieces are celebrated for their elegant Italian design and silent operation. Our replacement bearings are manufactured with Grade 3 Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) balls to preserve this acoustic signature. By minimizing centrifugal force and vibration, these ceramic bearings ensure that your Silent Power Evo turbine remains true to its name.”

  • Focus on Integrated Units:

“Many Castellini instruments are fully integrated into dental units, making reliability paramount. Our Torlon-caged bearings are engineered to endure rigorous sterilization cycles without compromising performance. This durability is essential for busy dental practices relying on the seamless operation of their Castellini treatment centers.”

FAQ for Castellini

Are these bearings compatible with the new Castellini Silent Power Evo 4L?

Yes. The Castellini Silent Power series, including the Evo 4L and Gold 2L models with fiber optics, utilize a standardized high-precision bearing size. Our SR144TLK Ceramic Kit is a perfect drop-in replacement, providing the smooth rotation needed for these high-end titanium handpieces.

Absolutely. Upgrading legacy models like the Magic Power from steel to Ceramic Bearings is highly recommended. Ceramic balls are harder, lighter, and run cooler, which can significantly extend the life of older spindles and improve cutting efficiency.

We specialize in supplying high-quality bearings and O-rings for rotor refurbishment. While replacing the entire cartridge is an option, it is often much more expensive. Replacing just the worn bearings with our precision kits is a cost-effective way to restore your Castellini handpiece to factory specs.

Loss of torque is often caused by bearing drag or a failing autochuck. If the chuck is still gripping the bur tightly, the issue is likely worn bearings creating friction. Installing a fresh set of our Low-Friction Ceramic Bearings usually restores the high-torque performance Castellini users love.
